Directions

From the North

Leave the M6 at junction 36 (signposted Skipton/Kirkby Lonsdale/A65/Barrow/A590)

At the roundabout take the 1st exit (signposted Kirkby Lonsdale, Skipton)

At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A6070 (signposted Holme/Burton)

At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit and stay on A6070

Continue on the A6070 for approximately 3 miles, until you reach Clawthorpe

Clawthorpe Hall Business Centre is the first left turn on entering Clawthorpe and is approximately 1/2 a mile before the village of Burton-in-Kendal

From the South

Leave the M6 at junction 35 (signposted Carnforth)

At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A601(M) dual carriageway (signposted Carnforth/Morecambe/Milnthorpe)

At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A6 (signposted Milnthorpe)

At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A6070 (signposted Burton in Kendal)

Continue through the village of Burton in Kendal

Approximately ½ a mile after village of Burton-in-Kendal, turn right into Clawthorpe Hall Business Centre
 

Please note that SATNAV will direct you up the lane to the side of Clawthorpe Hall Business Centre.
Clawthorpe Hall Business Centre is accessed directly off the A6070. 

On parking in the main carpark, please make your way through the archway. You will see the door to The Gas Rooms directly infront of you.
